CRBI and the Rome/Floyd River Center are taking local campers and turning them into naturalist at the 2014 Summer E.C.O. Camp. The camp is a 5 day camp that lasts from 8-12 each day at the Rome/Floyd River Center and the surrounding park. The camp is geared towards having each camper learn about the natural environment by experiencing it first hand. Each day will have a new nature theme that incorporates educational programs that will train campers to be local naturalist and have tons of fun at the same time. The camp will end with a river tour of Rome on the Roman Holiday and the official naturalist pinning ceremony. Any child that likes getting wet and dirty in nature will love this camp!
